This is very artistic and calming to look at.
nev: Wasn't sure how this one would be received. thanks.
Wonderful imange, Nev. B&W treatment is excellent. Your framing is exceptional IMHO.
Looks like the BIG GUY UPSTAIRS with the spotlight controls was trying to spot you so you could have your 15 minutes of fame, but he missed and so some ants got your slot. maybe he can fit you in some other time. [grin]
nev: very kind about the framing Ray. I think i missed my alloted time slot. dang
This could be the USS Enterprise crew visiting...
Such defined sunrays so close to the ground, quite amazing.
nev: Maybe thats why the lights went out when i yelled Qapla' putaQ at some ridgy headed fellow near me.

Beam me up Scotty indeed. It took me a few moments to figure this one out. The stones form a D Duck head singing into a mike (the bench).
Great capture of this visitation. Inspiration to become a beach bum - lucky you
nev: Bring Louis back please aliens. just because he sees donald duck heads doesn't mean you have to experiment on him.
HA! I was saying "beam me up" before I got to the comments. Like minds and all, I guess. Well done, Neal!
nev: All these star trek references i feel like i am in the company of other geeks. hehe thanks ginnie
very very nice!!
nev: cheers thank you patrick
This looks surreal, almost like something out of Hollywood. Very intriguing shot.
nev: I agree very intriguing Martin. the gardens were very misty.
Amazing, isn't it, what light looks like when our cameras have a moment to take an image. I've been astonished by some slightly longer than usual exposures, and I think this is the same. Magic Neal.
nev: Interesting what a little mist can do. thanks ellie
I'm thinking Big Bang...
nev: I wonder how far you have to stand back before the big bang breaks the camera lens.
Your work is inspiring. great stuff.
Once again a beautiful creative picture - I spent few time on it try to understand it - I liked !
